Self-love coaching is based on the understanding that your thoughts affect your emotions, and your emotions in turn create your experience. Self-love coaching is focused on finding what beliefs you are holding onto and repeating that are holding you back from truly loving and accepting yourself as the magnificant being you truly are. Along with identifying behaviors and patters that are no longer serving your greatest good.
